A written document that details a proposed or existing venture. It seeks to capture the vision, current status, expected needs, defined markets, projected results and financial needs for a new business. A Project business plan is often restricted to the company's environment. It describes a business idea, establishes its objectives and details the strategies, methods and processes that must be followed to achieve your objectives and goals. It includes financial projections for the coming years.
